We are seeking food & beverage service stars to join our team! Do you enjoy customer service and helping others? Do you love the idea of working on an organic farm serving exceptional cider? Then we’d love to hear from you!
Quick Stats
- Pay: $18.25 per hour + 4% vacation pay + share of tips pool (avg. +$10/hr)
- Work days: shifts available daily
- Shift options: generally 5 hr shifts (eg 11:30am to 4:30pm, noon to 5pm, or 1pm to 6pm); last call for F&B orders is 5pm
- Seasonality: more shifts available July, August and September
The Job
Our Hospitality Associates provide visitors with an exceptional cider-centric experience. They greet and seat guests, serve food & drinks, explain our ciders, bus tables, help with opening and closing duties, wash glassware, bartend, clean, help restock the bar, etc.
You will receive training on our service protocols, and learn a lot about cider! This is a great opportunity for a summer job, offering valuable resume experience and plenty of time spent outdoors.

About You
You are a positive, service-oriented person keen to play a team role in a collaborative environment that values kindness, conscientiousness, and fun! In addition, you have:
Education & Certification
- Serving It Right certification (required)
- FoodSafe Level 1 (considered an asset)
Experience
- A strong aptitude for customer service (required)
- Minimum one year of food and beverage service experience (required)
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service
- Proven ability to resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively prevent issues
- Demonstrated success working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture

Availability
- Available for part time work, especially weekends, generally 5 hour afternoon shifts
Physical Requirements
- Physical strength to safely lift and carry cases of cider and move equipment such as chairs and tables
- Stamina to remain on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Health, Safety & Compliance

- Willingness to follow all safety protocols and the Communicable Disease Prevention Plan
