Celebrate The Fairmont Empress Sustainability Week with this unique family-style Harvest Table Dinner. The three-course dinner created by Executive Chef Morgan Wilson will highlight local and sustainable food offerings, and feature speakers from Ocean Wise™ and theLifeCycles Project on how they are championing the change towards sustainable practices in the food industry.
Sea Cider’s Kings & Spies will be paired at the feast which is fitting as it’s crafted in partnership with Lifecycles from a blend of local heritage apples – primarily Kings and Northern Spies – yielding a fruit-forward, Italian-style sparkling cider. Proceeds from this cider support Lifecycles.
