In the spirit of celebrating the wonders of everything Pig, Swine and the Vine will be featuring a delectable offering of handmade goodies for your pairing pleasure. As always, the highlight will be the whole suckling pig which will be roasted on a spit on the patio and presented by Executive Chef Rick Choy and his talented team of culinary craftsmen. This event has become a foodie haven, unlike any other in Victoria, and is a fabulous way to spend a sunny afternoon!
