Swine and The Vine
Ever heard of the Three Little Pigs? Well, the third annual Swine and the Vine has a much tastier ending! We will be featuring a delectable offering of handmade, pig related goodies for your pairing pleasure with a selection of BC wines, teas, ciders and other local gems we have fallen in love with over the past year. As always, the highlight will be the whole suckling pig which will be roasted on a spit on the patio and presented by Executive Chef Rick Choy and his talented team of culinary accomplices. This is an event unlike any other in Victoria, and a great way to spend an afternoon!
