Sea Cider will be proudly participating in the phenomenal Parksville Untapped Festival.
Parksville Untapped will showcase local breweries and Sea Cider. It will feature beer and cider paired with delicious regional cuisine including delectables from Tigh-Na-Mara and The Beach Club Resort. Chef Eric Edwards will be pairing our Pippins cider with “Fresh Oysters on the Half Shell with Tropical Relish”.
Bruce Jordan, proprietor of Sea Cider, will speak about the history of cider in North America. In addition, Greg Evens, Beer Historian, will offer a casual 30 minute presentation on the history of brewing on Vancouver Island and the many pioneers who contributed to the tradition.
