Seasonal Cocktail: Pommeau Hot Cocoa

Happy 2018! We’re warming up the New Year with a new cozy cider cocktail – Pommeau Hot Cocoa! Stop by the tasting room this month for a free sample.

Or, want to try it at home? Here’s how:

(6 Servings)
2 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
Pinch Kosher Salt
6 cups whole milk
1 bottle Pommeau
Toasted Marshmallows for serving
Chocolate Shavings for serving

Directions
1. Combine chips, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, dairy & Pommeau in slow cooker on high for 1 hour stirring every 20 minutes
2. Serve in mugs and top with marshmallows & chocolate shavings
* You can adjust the sweetness by adding less or more sugar
