We are seeking a Sales Management star to join our team!

Sea Cider is a profitable, family-owned, farm-based business near Victoria, BC that produces award-winning cider. At our core, we exist to create exceptional cider experiences and we are well positioned in the North American cider market with strong brand recognition.  Sea Cider has several revenue streams, from cider tasting experiences and private events on the farm to wholesales which span Western North America. As a key member of Sea Cider’s management team, the Sales Manager is responsible for achieving revenue targets across all revenue streams  and will directly impact Sea Cider’s continued growth and success.

You are an experienced professional with a successful track record as a sales team leader excited by the opportunity to work for a community-minded yet growth-oriented company. You will be working in a collaborative environment to develop business plans with your management peers and sales strategies that will be executed by your sales team.
